Monopoly Classic by EA has Arrived

Posted by Daven Gomes on 19th November, 2009

Another great franchise has been brought to the AppStore by EAmobile, for quite a low price.  They have already brought Monopoly: Here and Now The World Edition and that I can truly say was quite the game.  However, it didn’t remind everybody of the real feel to Monopoly, despite the great multiplayer modes.  EA have tried to fix that bringing to us the original Monopoly.

In this version, EA have included the classic English roads such as Eutston Road and Pentoville Road.   A feature of letting you listen to your own music whilst buying and trading seems like an amazing feature to EA.  They have also integrated the shake-to-roll feature similar to their previous Here and Now edition.  The graphics seem up to par and the whole game layout and feel is the same as the Here and Now version.

MonoArtOne major difference are the prices of the houses and hotels.  They aren’t in millions, but just small figures making calculating easier.  I remember I used to play this with the whole family, and whoever gets Mayfair and Park Lane would win.  They are the top two and the most expensive whenever somebody lands on it.  Looks like EA have also put this in there, so if you want to get to those to places first, download this game now:
